ZealStrat LLC ("ZealStrat," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you enroll in the ZealStrat AI Academy or use our services.

As a California-based Limited Liability Company, we comply with theCalifornia Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). As a provider of global training, we also adhere to the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

To facilitate your enrollment and certification, we collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers: Real name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and employer name.

  • Commercial Information: Records of courses purchased, transaction dates, and payment confirmations (via our processor, Stripe).

  • Education Information: Course attendance records, exam scores, assessment outcomes, and certification eligibility status.

  • Electronic Network Activity: IP address and login data when you access our learning management systems or virtual classrooms (Zoom/Teams).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data for specific business purposes defined by our contractual obligations:

  • Service Delivery:To register you for cohorts, provide access to training materials, and issue Certificates of Completion.

  • Certification Administration (Critical):To validate your eligibility for the IEEE CertifAIEd™ program.

  • Communications:To send course logistics, calendar invites, and regulatory updates relevant to the curriculum.

  • Transaction Processing:To process tuition payments and issue invoices.

3. MANDATORY DATA SHARING WITH IEEE

Please read this section carefully. ZealStrat LLC is an IEEE Accredited Training Provider. To administer the IEEE CertifAIEd™ Professional Certification, we are required to share specific Trainee data with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Incorporated (IEEE).

By enrolling in this course, you explicitly consent to the disclosure of the following information to IEEE:

  1. Identity: Your Full Name and Email Address.

  2. Logistics: Your Mailing Address (for certificate delivery).

  3. Performance: Your Exam Outcome (Pass/Fail) and Course Completion Status.

  4. Interest: Your intent to become an Accredited Assessor.

Purpose of Sharing: This data is shared strictly to allow IEEE to:

  • Verify your prerequisites.

  • Authorize your examination.

  • List you in the CertifAIEd Registry of Accredited Assessors upon successful certification.

4. OTHER THIRD-PARTY SHARING

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose data only to the following service providers under strict confidentiality agreements:

  • Instructors: Our Accredited Trainers (Independent Contractors) receive class rosters to manage attendance and grading.

  • Payment Processors: Stripe, Inc. processes your tuition. ZealStrat does not store your full credit card number or CVC.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. YOUR RIGHTS (CCPA & GDPR)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have specific rights regarding your data:

  • Right to Know/Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

  • Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information.

    • Warning: Deleting your data prior to certification will render us unable to verify your training completion to IEEE, which may result in the forfeiture of your certification eligibility without refund.

  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your training records (Name, Date of Attendance, Completion Status) for a minimum of five (5) years to maintain audit trails required by IEEE.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

ZealStrat is headquartered in the United States. If you are accessing our services from the European Economic Area (EEA) or other regions, please note that your data will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By enrolling, you consent to this transfer.
